Sales Initiatives

We have planned strategies to focus on retailers as they are a crucial cog in pushing the product to the end customer. Besides we plan to launch initiatives for better wholesaler- retailer coordination in order to gain maximum coverage in the far-flung areas.

We also plan special training sessions to our retailers and distributors to manage our brand among the rural folk. The other important aspect of the Product Mix Strategy on Quality and Cost, which we feel will improve our Quality Management and Sales.
